Release Notes

What's changed in leaguemate, newest first.

Community Trade Feed & Realism

April 9, 2026
  • Community Trade Feed on the Trades page. Completed 2-team trades from across Sleeper show up in a feed you can scroll and vote on. Pick Side A, Side B, or Even, then see how everyone else scored it.
  • My Leagues filter. Tap it to see only trades from your own leagues. Your leagues also get a badge in the full feed so they're easy to pick out.
  • Partner realism score in the Trade Simulator. Answers "will they actually accept this?" by checking positional harm, anchor disparity, slot quality, and asset balance from the other side's perspective. Updates as you build the deal.
  • Trade finder got a quality pass. Tighter anchor disparity checks on franchise-tier assets, QB depth validation per starter slot in SF leagues, and self-harm checks on buy-mode packages before they surface.

Roadmap, Legacy & Trade Intelligence

April 8, 2026
  • You decide what gets built next. The new Roadmap page lets you vote on upcoming features, and the votes set the priority. Check the sidebar and go make some noise.
  • League Legacy tab in league history. A narrative of your league: the rivalries, the dynasty runs, the turning points. Built from real transaction and matchup data.
  • Trade Shop cards now show rank impact. Expand a card to see how the deal would move your positional rankings and overall asset rank, picks included.
  • One-line summaries on Trade Shop cards. Quick read on what each deal does for your roster without opening the full breakdown.
  • Unrealistic trades get filtered before you see them. Lopsided rank swings and trades that wreck your positional balance are penalized or removed.
  • Declining players blocked from the receive side of trade recommendations. The engine won't suggest you acquire someone whose value is falling.
  • Dynasty intel signals show up in the Trade Strategy tab. If a player on your sell list has news backing the sell case, you'll see it inline.
  • Intel signals no longer repeat the same news across refreshes. Duplicate and outdated signals get filtered out automatically.
  • Email sign-in with OTP verification. No more magic link issues on mobile or in the app. Enter a code instead.
  • Mobile polish pass. Smaller avatars, tighter text, badge-style market values and asset ranks, compact verdict labels, and better readability overall.

Shop Buy Mode & Trade Quality

April 8, 2026
  • Buy mode in the Trade Shop. Pick any player in your league and the engine builds packages to go get them. Filter by partner team, position, deal shape, and max age.
  • Strategy tab rebuilt as flat, scannable rows. Trade partner section trimmed down so you can read it without scrolling past walls of text.
  • Major quality pass on trade package generation. Tighter scoring, smarter ranking, and the junk packages that used to sneak through are gone. Ten separate fixes in one sweep.
  • The simulator now warns you when a deal is lopsided before you send it.
  • Trade finder cards take up less space. Dismiss a trade and a new one fills the slot. On mobile, filters tuck away so you see results first.
  • Round-based feedback in the Shop. Rate each batch of results and the next round adjusts to what you're actually looking for.
  • Simulator verdicts and marketplace verdicts now use the same thresholds. No more conflicting reads on the same deal.
  • Standings table and trajectory chart got a cleanup pass. Tooltips, legend, and general readability all improved.

Trade Shop

April 5, 2026
  • New Shop tab on the Trades page. Pick any player you want to sell and the engine scores thousands of possible trade packages across your league to surface the best deals.
  • Every eligible roster combination across your league gets evaluated — not just the obvious trade partners.
  • Filters for positions wanted, deal shape, target players, max age, and minimum value. Results update automatically as filters change.
  • Protect players from appearing on the send side. Lock your untouchables before searching.
  • Per-package thumbs up/down feedback to help calibrate future results.

Smarter Trade Recommendations

April 4, 2026
  • Trade recommendations now account for your league format. Starter slots, 2QB/SuperFlex detection, and league size all factor into which trades get surfaced and how they score.
  • Way more trade packages across the board. Better coverage for different roster profiles. Average recommendations per team nearly tripled.
  • Your best players can now show up in 1:1 positional swaps when the trade fills a real need. They still won't get broken up into lesser pieces.
  • Trade simulator verdicts now factor in asset rank changes. If a trade drops your league standing, you'll see it in the verdict.
  • "How can I acquire [player]?" in chat now runs through the same trade engine as the Strategy tab. Same quality guards, same mutual-benefit scoring.
  • Positional rankings and trade targets now reflect starter-level depth, not bench hoarding.
  • Rank-based scoring scales by league size. A 2-spot drop in an 8-team league hits harder than in a 14-team league.

Bilateral Trade Engine & Chat Speed

April 3, 2026
  • Bilateral trade recommendations are live. The strategy tab now builds concrete multi-asset packages (1:1, 2:2, 3:2, pick-for-player). Each one shows who to offer, what to ask for, and why it works for both sides.
  • Multi-asset packages ranked first. 2:2 and 3:2 trades surface above simple 1:1 swaps because that's how real dynasty deals get done.
  • Quality filters on trade packages. CUT-rated players, duplicate positions on the receive side, and 2-QB sends in SF leagues get filtered out automatically.
  • Chat is faster. Real streaming, parallel tool calls, and eager data warmup cut response times significantly. Conversation cap raised to 15 messages.
  • Draft type filter added. Filter your draft analysis by rookie, startup, or veteran drafts.
  • Championship markers on the franchise trajectory chart.
  • League navigation preserves your sub-tab when switching between managers and pages.

Trade Simulator 2.0 & Platform Polish

April 1, 2026
  • Trade Simulator redesigned. Partner suggestions, counter-offers, package recommendations, and reason texts that explain why a trade works (or doesn't) for both sides.
  • Franchise concerns surface in trades. The simulator flags when a trade hurts your positional depth or conflicts with your window, not just whether the value math works.
  • League-wide player search in the simulator. Find any player across all rosters instead of picking a trade partner first.
  • Trade preferences. Block players you won't move or wishlist targets you're chasing. The simulator respects both.
  • Strategy-to-Simulator bridge. One-tap buttons on sell candidates and trade targets jump straight into a sim with that player pre-loaded.
  • Migrated from Netlify to Vercel. Faster builds, longer function timeouts for the chatbot, and cron jobs that actually run on schedule.
  • Favicon and branding updated. Tab icon is now the real leaguemate logo.

Ask Leaguemate Chatbot

March 30, 2026
  • Ask Leaguemate is live. Chat with an AI analyst that knows your roster, your league, and your dynasty values. Ask about trades, player outlook, draft strategy, whatever.
  • Streaming responses. Answers arrive in real-time with tool status indicators so you can see what data it's pulling.
  • Trade cards in chat. Ask about a trade and the chatbot renders an interactive trade card with the same scoring as the simulator.
  • Conversation persistence. Your chat history survives page refreshes and browser restarts.
  • Smart suggestions and follow-ups based on your roster context.
  • Thumbs up/down feedback on every response.
  • Rate limiting, conversation caps, kill switch, and AI disclaimer baked in.

DV-Based Outlook & FantasyCalc Support

March 28, 2026
  • Franchise outlook rebuilt on dynasty values. Window projections, tier placement, and peak calculations now use market values with dampened age curves instead of WAR projections. Injured stars no longer tank your outlook.
  • FantasyCalc as an alternative value source. Toggle between KTC and FantasyCalc from the UI. Every score, rank, and recommendation updates instantly.
  • Positional rankings switched from WAR to dynasty value. Recommendations are injury-resistant and reflect the actual trade market.
  • HTC engine simplified from 9 to 6 dimensions. Cleaner verdicts, same accuracy. Startup leagues now use age/DV scoring instead of WAR-dependent dimensions.
  • Asset rank now reflects only tradeable roster value, not taxi squad depth.

Mobile Overhaul & Performance

March 27, 2026
  • Full mobile UX pass. Typography, tap targets, spacing, and section separation reworked across every page.
  • Bottom sheets replaced with draggable drawers. Smoother dismiss gestures, no more iOS keyboard overlap.
  • Cold-start time cut significantly. Deferred loading, parallelized fetches, server-side caching, and scheduled precomputation.
  • Draft grading expanded. Multi-season trade grades, future pick grades, and a "Your Targets" section with personalized rookie recommendations based on your roster needs.
  • League format badges (SF, PPR, TEP, team count) now visible across the UI.
  • Star your main league in the switcher and it loads first.
  • Login survives browser restarts on all platforms.

Community Feedback Fixes

March 26, 2026
  • WAR no longer tanks injured players. Burrow, TLaw, Nabers, and others with lost seasons get injury-adjusted baselines instead of zeroes dragging your team score down.
  • Young rosters stop getting mislabeled as rebuilders. If you have Daniels, Achane, and Puka on your squad, you're not rebuilding. Contender detection now weighs dynasty asset age properly.
  • QB room ratings fixed for SuperFlex. Having Lamar, Burrow, Purdy, and Stafford in SF no longer shows QB as a weakness.
  • RB age curves recalibrated. Bijan Robinson and James Cook are not "past prime." The old curve was too aggressive for young backs.
  • Position rankings no longer inflated by depth. Rostering a bunch of low-end TEs behind Kelce won't make your TE room rank #1 anymore. Top-end talent matters most.
  • Draft grading loosened up. Jeanty at 1.01, Loveland at 2.01, Pat Bryant at 3.01 is a solid class. It won't grade as an F anymore.
  • Consolation bracket matchups no longer count in your playoff stats.
  • Player name mismatches fixed. Players like Chigoziem Okonkwo now match correctly between Sleeper and dynasty value sources.
  • Unresolved future picks no longer count as losses in your trade history. They're excluded until they produce real players.
  • Rebuild logic won't tell you to sell top dynasty assets. Top-15 dynasty value? You won't see a SELL verdict just because your team is retooling.

Speed, Stability, Polish

March 25, 2026
  • League history loads faster. Cached the chain of prior seasons so pages don't re-fetch every time.
  • Dynasty intel model upgraded. Sharper context reads on player situations.
  • Fixed a caching bug that could show stale data across different leagues.
  • Tab labels shortened on mobile. No more sideways scrolling.
  • Beta badge added to sidebar and landing page.

Franchise Outlook Fixes

March 24, 2026
  • SuperFlex QB premium now factors into contender window calculations.
  • Position rankings no longer inflated by roster depth hoarding.
  • Contender window penalty dialed back for balanced rosters.
  • Teams clearly competing get a contender override. No more rebuilder labels on playoff rosters.
